Qatar Open Begins New Tennis Season
Dec. 30 -- The Qatar Open will initiate a new decade of world tennis next week with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal in the field.
The tournament, which begins on Jan. 4, is the biggest of the ATP events in week one and it always draws some of the top names. Andy Murray has won the title for the past two years but the Scot has opted for the Hopman Cup instead this year.
However with a field headed by Federer, Nadal, Nikolay Davydenko and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Murray will not likely be missed much.
It will be an important tournament for the big two, their only competitive event ahead of the Australian Open. Last year Nadal was soundly outplayed by Gael Monfils in the Doha quarter-finals but went on to win his first grand slam down under.
Roger Federer DVDs carries complete match DVDs, such as his historic win in the 2009 Wimbledon tournament, in which he broke the record for most Grand Slam victories, or his classic win over Rafael Nadal in 2007, as well as many other major title wins.
